Ice is a very special boy. He is bred and owned by Margaret Luker and Peggy Mignon, and is a member of our extended family. He often comes for visits, and I've had the pleasure of being a mainstay handler for the bulk of his show career.

Many have had the honor of taking him in the ring, including Lori-Ann Fischer, Trina Neil, Shannon Van Norman, and Terrina Maciborski, Tammy Sawatsky, and Peggy Mignon. Regardless of who is on the end of his lead, Ice has been a strong contender in the Working Group since puppyhood, taking many placements as a puppy.

He has won total of 3 Best in Shows under highly respected judges Edgar Bajona, Jack Ireland, and Charles Trotter, as well as several Reserve Best in Shows, Group Wins and Placements, Best Puppy in Shows, Specialty Selects and Puppy placements, and an Award of Merit.

In 2022 he retired as the #1 Great Dane and #9 Working Dog in Canada. He ended 2021 as the #1 Great Dane (Breed), and #2 Great Dane (All Breed) in Canada, in limited showing. He has also finished in the Top 5 Great Danes in Canada every year he's been shown - 2019 (#1 Breed, #2 All Breed), 2018 (#3 Breed, #4 All Breed), 2017 (#5 Adult, #1 Puppy)
